average sfr over the correct timescales #251

The previous SFRs are essentially instantaneous SFRs, but the desired quantities are SFRs averaged over different timescales (e.g., 10, 30, 100 Myr), I think.... This PR fixes this issue.

@wangbingjie Can you provide a list of a few example transients we can process to compare with existing results? The more specific you can be about quantifying the difference we should see, the better.
