Add list of acknowlegements to the documentation

• We should acknowledge all software projects that blast uses.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a page to the documentation that lists all software projects. In software.rst put the following text:

Software
========

Blast is largely glue between already established software projects. It could not
exist without them. If you use blast, you must acknowledge and cite all
of the following projects which blast uses.

If you see your software being used in blast and we have not cited you properly,
please raise an `issue on github <https://github.com/astrophpeter/blast/issues>`_.
