A more generalized version of https://github.com/scimma/scimma-admin/pull/31 which controls most behavior with a single environment variable. KAFKA_USER_AUTH_GROUP is not (yet) controlled by this variable, however, as names have not been definitely selected/standardized for the groups used by different environments.
