Patch for compatability with Geekzone EPG Collector #10

Hi there,

xmltv2mxf works well with online sources, but I noticed it stopped working with 
the Geekzone EPG Collector. So I looked in the source... thanks for the comment 
"fix this - it is really ugly" ;)

Compiling with this patch makes it all work well.
