Update this repository to keep axes enabled during all assembly functions #18

Done. Messy -- we need to clean up and streamline. But this works! (Commit 5b433ade5e5a607b04642365cb4b2cfd0bbf013e -- 6 April 2017)

Just a note -- failure to keep axes enabled allows them to drift O(micron) during operations. Unnecessary contribution to our systematic uncertainty. Enabling the axes holds them to within a few tenths of a micron, based on the Aerotech reporting mechanisms.
