Docker container "run" script is modified #14

When starting the SBAS service, some routes are added to the file at node/docker/peering_wireguard_merged/scripts/run. Since this file is checked into git, it doesn't seem like intended behavior.

I improved naming clarity and removed the generated file from version control tracking, but this still doesn't seem like a very clear solution. For one thing, the template run file is now not invalid code—perhaps it would be better if it just calls a separate file. Will update while working on #13.
