This PR contains changes based on the feedback received at IETF 114:
Removed some unnecessary parts about shortcomings of existing protocols and adjusted wording, according to feedback received
I heavily restructured the draft to follow the logical flow of my IETF presentation: for each core component, we look at what it provides to other components (“output”), its properties, required elements (“inputs”), and how it relates to existing protocols
Removed "Relationship to Existing Protocols" at the end of the draft, move pertinent concepts to each component (e.g., the RPKI discussion is now in the PKI section)
There is a new (early draft) paragraph on LISP in the "Existing Protocols" section of the CP.

TODOs (@nicorusti):
[x] In the "required dependencies" section, so we want to eventually address the question "Could I use this component alone"?
[x] I/O pass PKI based on Juan's text
[x] "Provided to Other Components": use the same format as for the PKI.
[x] Search & address TODOs in the text
[x] Check references (i.e., fix BIRGLEE2022)
[x] Do we really want to mention SCMP? RHINE?
[x] control-plane or control plane? --> with a dash only when it is control-plane something (i.e., PKI)
[x] Polish LISP
[x] Reorder sections
[x] Update overview draft with references (@nicorusti can do that)
