This is referring to the SCION gRPC API.

P.S.: There is ongoing work to transition to connect, see https://github.com/scionproto/scion/issues/4434 / https://github.com/scionproto/scion/tree/connectrpc (which is incrementally deployable and backwards compatible to legacy gRPC nodes), also see IETF 118 Hackathon presentation

@matzf @jiceatscion check status in scionproto and see how this can be described within this draft. We could use some text from here
