Add a section “Life of a routing advertisement” #21

Add a section “Life of a routing advertisement” summarizing the steps for routing, from a initial state, to exploration, registration (a numbered list of steps). It could be something similar to what is in our 117 slides. This will give the draft an overall structure that shows: Here is the process, here is an example, here it is the details.

This was already added in 1.4. Routing, issue is obsolete.
