Contributes to #17 (by virtue of avoiding the phrase "peering AS").

As discussed, this is overlapping with #29.

29 should be merged first, then I'll take another look on how to unify the two changes.

As discussed, removed the glossary entry; it was good, but if we have a glossary entry for peering link, it seemed like we should probably have one for core and parent/child links as well.
