Refer to default hop field MAC algorithm in DP draft, which MUST be supported.

Contributes to #23. Contributes to https://github.com/scionassociation/scion-dp_I-D/issues/7:

Explain why there is both a "chaining" of signatures in PCBs, and chaining of MACs in hop fields.

Refers to https://github.com/scionassociation/scion-dp_I-D/pull/26, and uses ~identical paragraph.
