No need for this in the abstract: *SCION data plane*

@elear may we leave emphasized/italic text in the text version? (e.g. _PKI_ or *Autonomous System (AS)* Or is it something that we should remove everywhere?

Context: bold/italic text can be used in HTML versions using the <strong>/<em> attributes (see RFC7992). The tool we use, is indeed using this attribute for the HTML version. However, in the text only version, the markdown syntax */_ gets left there
