Attachment Manager Settings #25

In my opinion the recommended settings should be 1 and 0 (in lines 7 and 8) as no value (file proposes 3 and 2) can be set. Only activated and deactivated. In line with BSI's explantions in the Excel file here accompanying the policies (see ID 102 + 103) the states should be Activated and Deactivated respectively as expressed by 1 and 0here. Please review and let me know if I understand this correctly!
