Apparently I did a poor job of note taking that day :/ Here's what I have though.

We need to create the plan to convert existing scipctl or "Stack" projects to new Scipian projects
- Base on-boarding steps like setting up k8s namespaces and authorization will be manual by the Scipian team
- The initial plan will only involve converting existing infrastructure state to the Scipian platform
Look into creating a custom Scipian terraform backend to store state rather than providing all the details for s3
