Another example of functionality needed for the MVP.

Each audit event answers:

What happened?
When did it happen?
Who did it?
Where was it initiated?
What did it happen on?
Where was it observed?

One of the reasons we're extending Kubernetes to build out the Scipian platform is to allow us to re-use things and not have to start from scratch. This Epic is an example where the work isn't starting from scratch with the built in auditing inside Kubernetes. The big piece is streaming those events to a configured location.
