Acquisition info in extract subtomograms #101

When, the subtomograms are extracted from a tomogram, the acquisition information is taken from the picked tomogram. Even if the extraction is made in from different tomogram.

Hi, @Vilax,

Do you have an example of that protocol execution behaving as described? Reading the code everything seems to be fine, as it's copying the acquisition from the set of tomograms (the precedents if the tomogram source is the same as picking, and the introduced tomograms in case you choose 'other' as tomogram source)?
