Add RELION_EXTERNAL_RECONSTRUCT_EXECUTABLE for sidesplitter

This is not required, as just having --external_reconstruct in extra params and

export RELION_EXTERNAL_RECONSTRUCT_EXECUTABLE="/home/azazello/soft/sidesplitter_wrapper.sh"
export SIDESPLITTER="/home/azazello/soft/scipion3/software/em/sidesplitter-1.2/sidesplitter"

is enough for it to work.
