@delarosatrevin you might want to add notes to README about how to use prepend. Also, this PR needs to be delayed as prepend only works for the latest core release.

Hi @azazellochg Yes, I will update the README about the PREPEND var. And also yes, we need to way to the release of the pyworkflow.

the core update is released but I prefer to wait, otherwise there'll be emails from users with old pw version

Ah, right! Anyway is very. likely that if they update the plugin. will also update the core. Another option is to make it work even. with the previous version...but not sure if worth the effort.
