adding more coords to imported set fails #395

Run relion import coords Open xmipp manual picker Add more coords Register output fails with:

AttributeError: 'ProtRelionImportCoords' object has no attribute 'registerCoords'

Also, check micName stuff (reported by @fonsecareyna82 )
