converting dig Freq to Angstrom #112

Check the use of this line, I do not understand why is there:

As a developer, I like digital frequency, however, talking with users they told me they do not understand what is a frequency of 0.3 or 0.1. They suggested to provide the frequency in angstrom. I see their point, and I think is reasonable.

Understandable for new users to get confused :) Shall we put default 20A for tomo then?
