What about subtomograms imports.... should we do the same?

Not sure if we should fo this this way. Many thanks anyway @JorMaister for taking care of this this fast.

Anothe option would be to:

- do this cleanning in eman, I think is the right way to go, but Jorge tried and undo it because it was affecting many parts of the code (risky)

2.- Do nothing, maybe want about this?

3.- GO ahead?

I agree that handling this inside eman plugin would be nice, but for the reasons you cite above I vote to go ahead with this.
