2.0 - Main refactorization: setup.py removed using toml -python option added to choose python version defaults to 3.8 in conda and available python3 in virtualenv xmipp and dev options removed (git clones etc...)

Keep spaces in args: to use scipion3 tests --grep " tomo."

To list just scipion-em-tomo tests and not emantomo, xmipptomo and all ending with tomo.
