Sub-directory names do not include the version number, causing make to fail to create the required symbolic links

oh right! Thanks! forgot to update this. We can also remove the *, can you do that please?

We could, but then it would not work anymore for 4.0.0, right?

yes, but that is alright, we do not really provide support for 4.0.0 anyway.

Ok, but then we would also need to update the readme of CSIP and SCIP.jl
