Correct "mdk" typo to "msk" for SDP solver #15

I installed SCIP-SDP this week and noticed this important typo in the install directions. It's the first time the "msk" option is mentioned so it's especially confusing.

Thank you for your hard work on SCIP-SDP. It's a great project and one of a kind.
