Program name duplicates is generic #45

Perhaps the program duplicates could be renamed to papilo_duplicates which would make it easier to distinguish from other similarly named programs.

We deactivate the program duplicates and convMPS since convMPS .

It takes time to build them if when developing and also they should not be "shipped silently."
