Use GNUInstallDirs #18

Fixes multilib installation paths (e.g. /usr/lib64 vs. /usr/lib) on some Linux distributions.

I’m not a CMake expert, and I haven’t attempted to test this on other platforms, but it seems to work for me.

@Urquh4rt Can you move this to our master and double-check if it is also relevant for SCIP's cmake?

@ambros-gleixner I will monitor this and try to merge it to bugfix-60 as @matbesancon suggested. I will also check SCIP and Papilo.
