Uses https://pydata-sphinx-theme.readthedocs.io/en/stable/user_guide/header-links.html#svg-image-icons to show the conda icon in the docs. This looks like a hack but seems to be the offical way of adding custom icons. And it has the benefit that we don't need to set the colours and icon size manually as done before. So it should continue to work as the theme changes.
