This is a meta issue:

Write instrument specific file loaders (based on ScippNexus).
Default to full recursive load of file, can add more manipulations later on as needed.
Reshape all NXdetector groups to logical dimensions, if applicable.

Done for DREAM in essdiffraction. As we do not have other files at the moment I will close this, in favor of future tasks in individual subprojects.
