Add basic workflow #3

Result from outlining workflow during pair programming session today. polarization-data-reduction

@astellhorn I updated some of the data setup logic (sample vs direct run, spin channels). This should be closer to what we will use with real event data, and looks a bit simpler. The workflow now looks as follows:

Note that this does not address any of the ongoing discussions, but it is an orthogonal change, i.e., one should not influence the other.
