Add sciline to test deps #522

Until now, frame unwrapping tests were not being run because sciline was not installed in the test environment: SKIPPED [1] tests/tof/unwrap_test.py:10: could not import 'sciline': No module named 'sciline'

Also run the xye tests which were being skipped as well.
