Note for review: Unfortunately the full git diff is not of much help here. I mainly moved src/scippnexus/* -> src/scippnexus/v1 and src/scippnexus/v2/* ->src/scippnexus`. I recommend to exclude the first commit from review, which mainly does the move, see https://github.com/scipp/scippnexus/pull/158/files/2d292fbd186d2c30de11bdca2bd9df45a527a2eb..a3a19b6ae777792285e1cdfb0c8c3452ed45126b
