Chopper `open_times` & `close_times` do not repeat #29

A chopper rotating at high frequencies will do more than one rotation for the neutrons in a single pulse. Right now, open_times and close_times are only computed for one chopper rotation, they should instead keep rotating for the time considered in the model.
