Renamed component.py to reading.py
Renamed Component to ComponentReading
Renamed ComponentData to ReadingField
Renamed Data to ReadingData

Make choppers perform one rotation before the start of time, to avoid missing openings at early times for choppers that have large phase or large opening angles.

Fixed plotting for when no neutrons make it to the detector.
