Fix all the links to the reference PDFs #2

It appears that GitHub has some formatting requirement of the Markdown URL that prevents the correct rendering of the link. This PR fixes this.

Note that I do not have write access so someone else needs to merge this---I will also take a look at other README...

Update: I have updated the links for all the references in this repo (many of them are broken as well).

And any one can merge this? I don't have permission.
