Update linux install instructions #66

The linux install instructions are for Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, which is now quite old. We should update them for newer distros. @solomonjoseph pointed out that the installation for libprocps for instance is different on Ubuntu 20.04

In general, should we move installation instructions to INSTALL.md ?
