[Pretalx] See how many "submitted" and "pending accepted" proposals per speaker #98

This view could use some more features: https://cfp.scipy.org/orga/event/2024/speakers/

It would be great to add columns "submitted" and "pending accepted". Also would be good to add an option to see those numbers per type (e.g. "Talk", "Poster", "Virtual poster").

I'd also like to be able to sort the list by any column.
