Revert from ieeetr to alphaurl style #876

This PR reverts back to alphaurl urlbst BiBTeX style to preserve hyperlink formatting in references via the urlbst fields url and doi.

We should test. I assume ieeetr was for a reason and not sure what changing back breaks. But I'm on vacay this week.
