blocked from uploading paper #932

For the git newbies, I tried do a pull request to upload my paper, the green button create pull requestwas inactivated:

I must have a merge conflict. I had add and then removed some files. I wonder if it easier to start over from scratch. Yes, I overlooked the fact that I needed to create a branch before git cloning the repo. Now, all is obvious.

I fixed the problem by re-reading the instructions. The flow could be clearer.
