We'd need some levels of communication. Firstly, at the venue we should have a channel for organizers , and maybe some for attendees . IMHO this should be deployed via a local WiFi . In the past we have used mattermost and Rocket.Chat .
On the other hand it would be nice to communicate from different points across the city . I'll research possible options .
