There was a bug that haven't been noticed in feeds branch before merging. That is fixed in this.

  1. While running reindent.py or rebasing, few methods in RssTagFeed class have not be indented properly and this the module wouldn't be able to generate feeds!
  2. rss icon in right-side-bar of home page is moved inside anchor element (enhancement)

Shall I merge? This should fix everything that makes code not work
