Improve Design #125

  1. Lots of unwanted code removed
  2. More improvements can be found in submission forms
  3. adding images to identify submission types
  4. Adding top-tags, top-contributors on right-side-bar
  5. Minor content changes like moving "copyrights" code from footer to bottom of right-side-bar
  6. Correcting bad code and bad design -- markup.html, profile.html, item.html are few examples where worked on

More general question: how do you want to organize review of PRs to this repo? How about giving @lomegor commit rights?

Thanks, I forgot about this.

+1 for commit rights, my bandwidth is a bit saturated at the moment, so I'd appreciate if someone picks up the slack.

Already done. The only obligation it comes with is following the normal review process, and I'm confident that @lomegor is "ready" from a "yes he can code" perspective.
