If I go to http://generated-numpy-docs-14648-2-sphinx2.surge.sh/reference/ufuncs.html, then even without zooming, the layout gets messed up on a 1600x900 screen, with the sidebar occupying the top part of the screen accompanied by a large amount of whitespace (screenshot below).

Perhaps interestingly, the site looks alright for a second, then hits the fade mentioned in #47, before finally changing to what's shown below.

I didn't test for different devices manually using the chroome dev tool and I still see that it is coming properly in chrome dev tool. Still need to figure out why it is something else in your case.

FWIW, this is on Firefox 70.0.1 (64-bit) on Linux.
