update pyproject.toml: trove classifiers etc
bump version: 0.1 is prehistory (before pytest layer); 1.0 was tagged a while ago; what is now is working towards 1.1

Something fishy is going on with local files under pytest, xfail for now (https://github.com/ev-br/scpdt/pull/153/commits/902e2e824b9fe41e6a6a0d995ee22b39192006b9) to keep the ball rolling.
