• Replaces routes with query parameters to avoid name clashes with buckets and objects
  • /ui/log → /ui?log
  • /ui/api → /ui?api
  • /ui/license → /ui?license
  • /ui with POST and parameter bucket → /ui/[bucket]?create
  • /ui/[bucket]/delete → /ui/[bucket]?delete
  • /ui/[bucket]/makePublic → /ui/[bucket]?make-public
  • /ui/[bucket]/makePrivate → /ui/[bucket]?make-private
  • /ui/[bucket]/upload → /ui/[bucket]?upload
  • /ui/[bucket]/[object]/delete → /ui/[bucket]/[object]?delete
• Introduces redirects to remove such query parameters, avoiding conflicting commands
  • In the old version, deleting a object left the user on the .../delete page, triggering a potential additional delete operation subsequently
• Interactive error checking when creating a bucket via UI
  • Removes use of jquery
• Fixes missing encoding of bucket and object names in URLs
• Prepares more complicated object names (relating to #144)
