logging out of casjobs does not work as expected #199

SkyServer widget will keep showing "logged in" after user logs out of CasJobs and then trying to log back in sends you to a blank page.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. log in
  2. go to casjobs
  3. click “log out” on sciserver widget in casjobs, now you’re back at the login portal
  4. click casjobs again, it still says you’re logged in
  5. click log out again and you get a blank page

It looks like this is fixed for CasJobs, but still an issue for SkyServer, i.e. if I click the Logout button in SkyServer, after already logging out on the portal, I get this blank page http://test.preprod.skyserver.sdss.org/DR12/en/HandleKeystone.aspx
