cancelling job shows unknown #41

if you cancel a job, jobs table says status: unknown, and then later it says "failed". it would be better if it said "cancelling" instead of unknown.

This is a tricky one because those URLs are automatically generated by WCF. I'm considering implementing a completely customized view of the API help pages. Anyway, URLs are correct if the web site host header is configured (as on preprod).
