Add test in Test Script to test the CASJobs Button.

One way in the application to make this clear is to change the drag icon to the RED icon - right now it uses the Green one, suggesting that it should be possible (when it is not).

We note that when trying to create a NEW file in the root folder, a message pops up saying that you are not allowed to do so.

Decided to remove CasJobs button. Therefore no need for adding test script.
