Change "San Diego Super Computing Center UCSD" to "JHU" in browser tab description #37

When opening the new Scidrive-ui (or "Scidrive2"), the browser tab shows "SciDrive of San Diego Super Computing Center UCSD". Probably want to change it to "SciDrive of Johns Hopkins University"

On scitest09 the browser tab shows San Diego supercomputing Center again.

Tested on pre-prod, status displays San Diego supercomputing on the browser tab.

It says JHU on the front page, but San Diego on the file list page.
