Error in CSV file MEtadata extraction in myDB: table is created correctly but no data is inserted. #55

  1. Tried a very simple csv file
  2. in myDB, table is created correctly, but no data is inserted.

The CSV I tried to upload 23 csvsample.txt

I tested on scitest09 metadata extraction of CSV file. I got the error message "Metadata extraction error: Initial database setup failed". I use the user "abc10/abc10”. csvsample.txt (this is different file from one with the same filename name in comment above.)

Tested with a new user. "Endpoint" of Metadata extraction settings was set correct(http://scitest02.pha.jhu.edu/CasJobs). Extraction succeeded.

Tested on pre-prod and confirmed the fix.
