CSV/its file extraction failed: tested on scitest09 #57

Tested on scitest 09 using username abc10 password abc10. The server drop-down box is set to 'Test'.

On scidrive interface, click icon "i" of a file for metadata and get "Metadata extraction status: done" message. But the corresponding table is not found in myDB.
